Part 1:
The party was in their quarters in Fort Emergence, getting ready to go to Kriszan and destroy the slimes. All the members of the party were ready with their weapons, armor, and spells, except for one. He was digging through the dressers trying to locate his weapon and suit of armor. The mage of the party, Sarah, said, "Would you hurry up already! I'm starting to become impatient."
The name of the party member who is not ready yet is Kenny, and he says, "I'm going as fast as I can, but I can't find by weapons, armor, and my other supplies." Sarah walks up to Kenny, and pushes him away and says, "I'll find it. You go stand over with Patty." Patty was the priest of the party, and she was very skilled at it too. Kenny went nervously over to Patty. Patty looked at him. Kenny avoided making eye contact with her, and the reason is, Kenny has a crush on Patty! But he didn't like Sarah too much. She acted like she was the boss of the party.
Forcing Kenny to always hit the monster and if he misses she slaps him on the cheek. Very hard. Speaking of Sarah, she was looking in the dresser for Kenny's weapon and armor. Then she finds something under a huge pile of scrolls. "I think I found your broadsword." She said, but then he picks it up and finds out it's only a knife. "Can you make due with this?" she asked. She holds up the knife. "Oh okay." Kenny says, irritated. Then they march out of the room, but then Kenny says, "But what about my armor!?" "Oh, shut up." Sarah says.'
Part 2:
Kenny, Sarah, and Patty were just fighting the ambushing slimes in the entrance to the Slime Pit. Sarah and Patty were fighting the slimes, especially the Mauve Slimes, while Kenny sat on the sticky, slimy cave floor. He looked at the lousy knife Sarah made him use. Then he threw it on the slimy ground. Sarah heard that and then she said, "Kenny! What do you think your doing?" Kenny looked at the knife on the cave floor, and then said, "Resting." Sarah then said, "Oh sure,resting. Patty and I are the ones who need to rest, not you. You haven't even been helping us."Kenny then got up and said, "Well, that's because every time I can't find my weapons and armor, you make me stick with a lousy weak weapon like this knife, and lousy weak armor like my shirt! I can't fight with this knife and no armor!" "Oh you are going to fight!" Sarah then yelled. He started to pull on Kenny's arm, but he then pulled away and yelled, "No I'm not!In fact, I'm leaving! I quit this lousy party!" "You can't do that!" Sarah yelled. "Yes I can!" Kenny yelled back. Then Kenny, without a weapon to use, or armor to protect himself with, he ran out of the Slime Pit, back to Fort Emergence, and right into the party's quarters. He packed all his stuff, like Shields, Boots, and Lockpicks, into a suitcase. He also took some torches. He got out a piece of paper and a pen and wrote a note. It said,
Dear Sarah and Patty,
I'm quitting this party. I can see that I'm not wanted in the party. So I'm quitting and I'm going to join the Empire! Enjoy your life without me!

Kenny
He then left the note on a table, and left with the suitcase. He walked all the way up to Blackcrag Fortress, and met Empress Prazac. Kenny told her that he would like to join the Empire. "Well, that's nice. We could sure use another soldier." She said. "Just fill out these forms." The Empress then handed Kenny a small pile of forms to fill out, and then, one at a time, filled them all out. When they were all finished, Kenny handed them to Empress Prazac, who then got up from her throne and she read them, and then she said. "Okay, everything appears to be in order. You are now a member of the Empire! Congratulations!" Then she told Kenny that he could get some high-quality Empire weapons and armor in the storerooms. Kenny did just that. He went into a storeroom and started equipping himself with fine, high-quality Empire weapons and armor. He put on Steel Breastplate Armor, took a Steel Shield, an Iron Helm, some Steel-Toed boots, and a Steel Broadsword. He was really happy with all his new equipment. Then Empress Prazac walks into the storeroom and says, "Wow! You look good in all that equipment! Well anyway, I forgot to tell you, in the Empire we have skill levels to help determine who is the best to help fight certain creatures. You currently are on the lowest level, which is Rookie Soldier. As you help us out and slay monsters, you will move up the ranks. Who knows, maybe someday you will be on the Elite Warrior/Mage level. That's where the real action is. Anyway, goodbye, and good luck." Then Empress Prazac walks out of the storeroom and Kenny waves goodbye. Then he walks out of the storeroom, and leaves Blackcrag Fortress, not as a member of a lousy party of Exiles, but as an Empire Soldier. He feels so good.
Part 3:
Kenny was very happy that he has become an Empire Soldier/Cleric. He is currently on the "Rookie Soldier" rank, which means he can walk into most Empire fortresses. But however, Kenny wants to fight hard so he can get promoted to the next level, "Second Class Warrior", which grants him entry into the more secret and restricted Empire cities and fortresses.
He walked around the fortress a little while, but then he noticed it was getting dark out. After eating his dinner, which was very tasty, (He complimented the chef after he finished his meal.) Kenny decided to go to bed. He went into the Barracks. He then took off his Steel Breastplate Armor, his Steel Helmet, and his Steel-Toed Boots, and placed them in the nearby dresser. He then took his Steel Shield and also put it in the dresser. Then, he gets into the bed, which is very comfortable, and falls asleep.
Then, the next morning, he woke up at about 8:30 am. He first went into the dining area to eat his breakfast, some bacon and eggs, and some toast with butter, and a glass of orange juice. If you serve in the Empire, you get the best food. After that, he went back to the barracks, and puts on all his equipment. He then gets to work. He decided to go out on patrol with a few other soldiers. They wandered south, down the road, looked in the town of Moon, to be sure everything is all right. Then they continued southward, all the way to the capital city of Karnold Province, Sharimik. They then decided to split up. One part of the group will patrol southward more, and one part of the group will patrol east and then back north. Kenny volunteered to go with the group that will go southward more. Then they all went on their way.
When they reach the road going east, Kenny noticed that his old party members, Sarah and Patty, were battling some Troglodytes. Sarah and Patty put up a pretty good fight with their combined magical powers, but however, their non-protective Leather Armor isn't keeping them safe from the Troglodytes physical assaults. Kenny watched the Troglodytes keep charging back and forth at them, weapons drawn, but they seem to be dodging the attacks, but Kenny can see they are getting tired. He then told the soldiers behind him, "Guys, I think we should help those two girls out with battling these Troglodytes." "Troglodytes!" said one soldier, "Where?" Kenny pointed over to where the girls are battling the Troglodytes and said, 'Over there!" The soldier saw them and then he said, "Okay, fellas. Let's take out those Troglodytes." Then the soldier yells, "Attack!" Kenny and the other soldiers charge at the Troglodytes. Patty then hears the soldier and turned around and sees Kenny and the Empire Soldiers come running to the battlefield. She then says to Sarah, "Look, here comes, Kenny, with some Empire Soldiers!" Sarah turns around and sees the Empire Soldiers on the battlefield, and Kenny too. Empire Archers start shooting arrows from the front, the archer fires 10 arrows, 8 of them which hit. Empire Soldiers manage to take down the Warriors heading the front. The Troglodytes began to retreat, behind their Shaman, who kept casting Summon Host, summoning about 40 Shades and 10 Devas to the field. They kept overwealming Sarah and Patty. The Troglodyte Shaman was about to cast another Summon Host, but then Kenny runs to the front and then yells, "Oh no you don't!" He then casts, Divine Thud! The shocking blast totally obliterates all the Troglodytes. Sarah and Patty then ran up to Kenny. Patty then said, "Kenny, you and your group of Empire soldiers saved us. Where did you learn to cast Divine Thud? I don't even know that spell yet." Kenny then said, "Oh, I learned them in Blackcrag Fortress. "Blackcrag Fortress?" Sarah said, "Isn't that the closed down Empire fortress that we all can't get in? How did you get in?" "I wanted to join the Empire, so I told them that, and they let me in, and told be go see Empress Prazac. I went to see her, I filled out some forms, and then I became an Empire Soldier. I learned how to be a better warrior and I learned some priest spells. I learned Divine Thud from the library there." "You became an Empire Soldier?" asked Patty. "Yes, I did." "Wow!" Patty says. "I don't even know that spell yet!" Sarah then said, "Well, Kenny, you showed us that you really are a good adventurer. We would be honored if you would re-join our party." "Well, Okay. But I'm still an Empire Soldier, and I need to patrol. You two can come with our patrol group." "That would be great." Patty said. Kenny, Sarah, Patty, and the other Empire soldiers, continues to patrol, and then they all return to Blackcrag Fortress. Sarah and Patty decide to join the Empire as well, filling out the same forms Kenny did. Sarah learned some powerful mage spells such as Ice Bolt, Slow Group, Wall of Ice, Firestorm, Summoning, and more from the library there. Patty also learned some more powerful priest spells, like Cure Party, Curse All, Sticks to Snakes, Major Heal, Bless Party, and more from the library. It was a great honor when a guard stepped up to Kenny one day and said, Empress Prazac would like to see you. Then when I got to the throne room, Empress Prazac said that he had done a deed great enough to be rewarded. He was promoted to 'Second Class Warrior'. Sarah and Patty couldn't believe it, and they all were so happy. But then Patty seems to look at Kenny a lot, meaning that she could have fallen in love.
